About the Course:

Certification in Human Resources from either HRCI or the newer one from SHRM sets you apart from the crowd and creates a recognition that you have excelled in HR. Many promoted roles in HR require a certification and this course is the perfect capstone when you are preparing for any of these four exams: 

• PHR or SPHR via the Human Resources Credentialing Institute (HRCI) or 
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP via the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Those professionals who hold certifications report a significantly higher level of credibility and salaries are 35% higher than peers without credentials (SHRM).

Over ten classes, attendees will be able to discuss the rules and regulations that create best practices in delivering the Human Resources function in their organizations. If more study is necessary, attendees will be able to identify exactly what area of HR they need more training.
