About the Course:

Fostering Career Development in K–12 is a 60-minute practical webinar designed to help educators intentionally embed career development into K–12 learning environments. Participants will explore strategies for building early career awareness, integrating real-world connections into curriculum, and supporting student decision-making and future planning. 

The session highlights age-appropriate career exploration, multiple postsecondary pathways, and equitable access to career readiness resources, while emphasizing collaboration with employers, community organizations, and higher education partners. Educators will leave with actionable approaches to align instruction and programming with workforce needs and sustain meaningful career development initiatives for all learners.
